Our Company has been applying the trademark registration, and it will have almost finished.

The object of the registration is "Entrepreneur Map."

The registration process is below.

1. Submit "the Application of Trademark Registration" 2008.6.2

We made documents that are predetermined form. Then we bought 29,200 Yen revenue stamps at post office and put them on the application, send to the Patent Office.

2. Bill of computerization 2008.6.11

The Patent Office sent us the bill of computerization that was needed to be electromagnetic data. 2,600Yen. This bill was sent by telegraphic transfer from post office.

3. Notice of ID number 2008.6.19

We received a letter of notice that the ID number was given to the application.

4. Database Registration 2008.8.13

On Aug 13 we confirmed that the application appeared in the database for trademark search system. In fact, it maybe appeared before that.

5.Assessment 2009.2.20

We received the letter of assessing the trademark registration.

6. Payment Instruction 2009.2.23

We payed 112,800 Yen for 10 years bill by patent stamp. Then send with the documents of payment from post office.

7. Receipt 2009.3.12

The Patent Office said "We received the documents of payment for setting your trademark." by postcard.

There is a long way. It took almost 1 year!

Fortunately, we have not received their revise requests. When will this procedure be completed???
