Today I talked on Radio program in the morning.

I talked about Seto-Shigotojuku with Mr. Kogiso, the manager of this project.

This radio station is on the 1st floor in Parti Seto. The building is next to Meitetsu Owariseto station and I sometimes walk by. This is the first time to enter in.

I can't do "seconds' scheduling" like this.

We talked about Shigotojuku and message for people who want to start thier business.

I talked as I always tell. I want to help entrepreneur's judgement whether start or not after his/her preparation to find data to make a dicision.

I surprised her talk, her clear voice is respectable!

I hope to speak/talk with clear voice like her at my seminors.

I recently have been thinking about my vocation or mission.

The difinition of "vocation" is below.

[vocation]- the feeling that the purpose of your life is to do a particular type of work, especially because it allows you to help other people (Longman)

I worked for a bank seven years, but it was not my vocation.

It was worth doing. There are customers who were pleased for my visiting.

On the other hand, a bank has a destiny that we have to collect finance if the comnpany can't pay the bill by the due date. If financial condition get worse, loan interest rate tends to rise. We have to tighten the company's neck.

Fortunately, I was not given work like that. So I saw few case that feels really horrible. Even if I didn't deal, it is necessary for the bank as a whole. I can't feel proud of my work. There are people who don't like a bank and financial institution.

Probably it is not my vocation.

The turning point is 2002. Next year I started my own business. 6 years has passed from independence.

My work now is business consulting, gyosei-shoshi, seminor etc. From 2008, "supporting business startups" has come to my main business. It is scheduled 3 times a week till March 2009. Add to this, a lot of short term seminor will be held.

I feel one thing about this work.

I have never think "I am unpleasant." or "It is troublesome." when I have been going my office. It is great! When in bank, I feel unpleasant when I stood at the station in the morning.

There is little burden and pain when I engage in this work.

I realize "This is my VOCATION!"

I have finally found my vocation since my thirtieth.

Today is a duty day of Sogyo Plaza (Aichi). I had been continuously asked by 10 people who want to start new business from 13:15 to 20:00.

Some client tell his/her hot business philosophy from all power, so I also talk and answer all my energy. And then after the end, I completely got exhosted.

However, on Friday, I will be pleasant on my way to office, and enjoy working. Then after 21:00, exhosting..

I feel honored that there are many people who are wainting for me.

And "THANKSs" after consultation are good nourishment for my heart and my health.

People got results after consultation and come and talk to me "I did it!"

It is far more pleasant!

Startup support business is my favorite work. As if I find my place in society.

Today I was in Setogura for Shigotojuku consultation.

When I went there as usual, there is a report on my desk. That is the brief report about Shigotojuku of 1st year

It was made by Pr. Kobayashi, Nagoya Gakuin Univ. Its contents is the position of Shigotojuku in the whole policy of Seto-shi and the summery of Shigotojuku 2008th. It reminds me various event; (i) Business plan presentation, (ii) Presentation seminor, (iii) An entrance ceremony and a graduation ceremony that our mayor was perticipated in.

The first year has passed quickly.

Students are now planning some events of this year. After graduation, they are trying to head up hometown. I look their action and I see them as being counted on.

I appriciate their curious connection or relationship, for example, some student ask us "Then, is HE all right now?", like a family.

The report, especially students' comments remind me the sight of consultation in Setogura.

All of them have been active!

The last of the report is the result of articles or interviews of TV etc.

It was 22 times that Shigotojuku or whose students featured.

It would be good pressure of them.

The recruit of 2nd year has already started.

I will have been waiting for students in Setogura just the same as last year, but I decided to prepare new tool of entrepreneur support. I want to use the other seminor, so it is my own tool. I expect the 2nd students would feel more achievement than 1st year. I will try so hard though the drafts are difficult to finish.

I visited Seto-gura for purpose of interview from cable TV station about Shigoto-juku yesterday morning.

The interview was by Green City CATV. Each division of Seto City was featured.

Rightside on photo, Mr. Kogiso who is a captain of Shigoto-Juku had been talking about SetoCitys' new fiscal year actions.

After his interview, I and students talked about the philosophy and merit of Shigoto-Juku. I always feel it is difficutl to get my idea in shape.

This time we announced mainly recruitment of second year students.

Just from today, Seto City started open call.

I myself found there are a lot of people who make efforts to head up a hometown. So I have come to have attachment for the hometown than before. I will try to help heading up this year though my ability is limited.

Then, I am looking forward to see all of the 2nd year students, who have not yet seen, in Shigoto-Juku.

Today, a seminor was held in Seto city. The title is "Business startup support seminar -Dreams and Business plan will come true." I was a lecturer of this seminor.

Over 30 people perticipated. That was just the capacity. Thank you for coming!

Last year similar seminor was held in Seto. This time I feel that the perticipant think eagerly make their business plan come true.

At first, "Name card changing game" was held. This game has good effect for them. Before the game, all people have hearing me and the guidance quietly. But once starting the game, the temprature of the place would rise and everyone would try to talk other people. I like this scene everytime.

I always say, "Don't forget this courage when you try to go someone's place with your namecard in hands."

Next, I talked my setup history. I made my "Entrepreneur chronological table." I have been seeding in various kind of business field. August in 2003 is clearly remembered. In this month, NOTHING was occurred. It was caution. And that was very important for me. Biginers luck would not continue. After seeding, there is a few (or long) time lag. So we need patience.

The panel discussion was also held. Last year, there are 17 people of the first graduate of "Seto-Entrepreneurs-School." Today, 7 of them participated in the seminor. I was a coodinator. I asked them "the reason of starting business", "worry", "pleasure" etc. Then the member talked about these themes.

They seven have each purposes, and express clearly to participants. I am satisfied with hearing their speech because everyone talked confidently!

Finally, Ms. Otsu (Action Power co.,ltd.) talked her great setup story. The theme was "3 Hint of living for entrepreneurs." The picture below is the scene of introduction for her.

There are moutain and valley in her life.

Self-Inventory is important and even now she does it. One tends to think in the future when he / she starts business. But past is more important. She tried to seek something useful skill in her past experience, and this is good. As a result, she made her company "Action Power." ;cleaning & rearranging storing company.

After the seminor, a small party was held.

4-5 people came to me and I advised them how to make their plan come true. After April, they might (will) join "the second graduate of Seto-Entrepreneurs-School"

I found some of first graduates talking with pleasure. Probably last year, they cannot think like this. They have been preparing, they continue acting, and think next. Their experience made themselves stronger. They must be filled. One of participant said, "They are looked shining!." I think so.

While the work for entrepreneurs, I watch such "CHANGES" of them. When I saw that scene, I felt satisfaction of this work.

I am looking forward to seeing in the next term school!

I want to give entrepreneurs many materials for judgement (do or do not). And I want to urge them to be active.

12/22は、せと・しごと塾の卒塾式でした。

7/1の開講から約半年、事業計画を立て、プレゼンテーションを磨き、あっという間に卒業式を迎えることとなりました。

卒塾まで17名の参加者は1名として離脱することなく、最後まで塾を盛り上げてくださいました。これは素晴らしいことだと思います。参加者の居心地良い場所づくりに尽力してくれた事務局のＫさん、たいへんお疲れさまでした！（まだ来年も「相談」は続きますけどね）

当日は、尾張瀬戸駅となりの、パルティせと4Fの教室で式が行われました。

おいしいベーグルです。当日はベーグルの試食もありました！

朝から夕方までは、17名のビジネスプラン発表。5分という短い時間で、実にみなさん堂々とスピーチをなさいました。塾のスタート時点（7月）ではうつむき加減でプレゼンをしていたことを考えると、とても大きな変化です。地元金融機関の方、商工会議所の方などにコメントをいただきながら、無事にみなさま発表を終えました。たった5分ですが、入念な準備が行われていたことを感じました。「準備」の重要性を、半年を通して言い続けてきました。今回の塾の、最も僕が使ってきたNo.1キーワードです。

発表の総括として、コメントをさせていただきました。残念ながら1名風邪のため欠席だったので、16名の方に対して、それぞれメッセージをお送りしました。半年間の出来事が蘇ってきますね。

その後は市長から卒塾証の授与。厳かに式が行われました。 

さて、以下は打ち上げの風景です。

16名の塾生＋スタッフ10数名で、30名近くが宴会に参加しました。

たいへん長時間の「準備」をなさったことでしょう。このこだわりぶり、頭が下がります。

打ち上げの途中で、塾生のみなさまからの寄せ書きをいただきました。これは講師冥利に尽きますね！大事に保管させていただきます。

来期もしごと塾は続くようです。

地元を盛り上げる場所として、継続していけると良いですね。

次はどんなメンバーが参加されるでしょうか？？

Win Triangle International 坂口さん。ワシントンワインの輸入販売を手掛けています。少量しか採れないワインを扱っていることに特徴があります。

ロジ・シェルパ 山下さん。4月の開業目指して準備中です。物流に特化した人材紹介事業で、派遣事業は行いません。物流業界のドライバー不足、管理者不足の問題を解決すべく準備を進めています。

+design & communication 上田さん。バックに写っている通り、デザイナーでいらっしゃいます。「ブランドとは何か？」という書き込みでもご紹介した方です。企業が発信するブランドと、顧客が受け取るブランドとのギャップを考えていらっしゃいます。

ほっこりらいふ 岡田さん（右）。FPと社労士のタッグで、ワークライフバランスを叶えるライフプラン活用法を、実例を挙げて説明されました。

クロスクローバ 奥村さん。動画を活用して建設業、製造業の業務効率化を図るご提案です。＊壁面に月面着陸のようなポスターがありますが、溶接の現場です。

セキュリティパートナー 浅野さん。プライバシーマークの運用管理システムを提案。

ミント・ランドリーサービス・ジャパン 堀場さん。大規模マンション共用部向けプライベートランドリーのご提案。

小鬼堂 辻さん。ブース内はおもちゃ箱のような感じでした。キャラクターデザインを業としています。

アクションパワー 大津さん（とその仲間たち）。親子でおそうじ・お片付けをするための教材の紹介。その開発に関わったメンバーのみなさまです。12/4の発表会当日が発売日でした！

そして、「創業ビジネスと地域貢献」というテーマで、旅館吉田屋の女将、山根多恵さんの講演が行われました。

20代の方で、ここまで現在の社会に問題意識を持ってビジネスを展開している方がいるとは、驚きました。

単なる「社会起業家」にとどまらず、しっかり（短期間での）旅館の再建という実績を挙げていらっしゃいます。それだけでなく、10以上の事業体を統括しているという、何とも驚きの行動力です。自分の20代を考えると、恥ずかしくなってしまいますね。。

最後に発表者のみなさまと記念に1枚！

予想していなかった反応として、「今どきこんなに元気な人たちが集まっているんだ！」という声がありました。私は普段から創業支援施設に複数関与しているので、当たり前と感じているのかもしれません。でも、この不況の中、全体を見るとむしろ暗い雰囲気なのかもしれません。確かに、私の仕事でも、「予算の削減で．．．」などとよく聞きます。

本来は発表者のマッチングがうまくいけば良いと思っていたのですが、「元気をもらった」というのは嬉しい「予想外」でした。

それだけ明るい雰囲気の中に普段からいるということに、感謝しなければなりませんね！

明日も午前中は女性セミナーの創業相談、午後は飲食店の創業セミナーです。

創業支援にどっぷり浸かっていますね（＾＾）

現在、この施設で週２回新事業コーディネーターとして創業・経営相談を受けております。毎日平均すると8-9件の相談があり、日々未知の世界を知ることにより私自身大いに刺激を受けています。ちなみに昨年のコーディネーター全体での平均相談件数は1日7.5件。今年は増加傾向です。

卒業生の事例としては、17名紹介しました。業種もバラバラ。もちろんお話しすることも、人によって違ってきます。多くは少人数での事業運営ですが、2,3年の間に10名以上の従業員を抱えるようになった会社も10社程度あります。どうして起業したのか、起業するまで、起業後にどんな壁があったかなどを解説しました。

コーディネーターとして考えていることも、お話ししました。

（１）起業支援の基本スタンス
①七対三で、聴き役となる･･･初回相談の場合は、もっと聴きます
②本人の意志を尊重･･･起業は目的を達成するための手段にすぎません
③行動を促すアドバイス･･･「知識を与える」だけでは意味がない
④幅広い視野を持って起業家と接する･･･信頼されないと、無料とはいえ相談してこない
⑤課題の可視化･･･全体の中で、何がどの程度の問題か、把握できるようにしてあげる
⑥コミュニケーション能力、知識、ノウハウ習得などの自己啓発･･･終わりがありません

そして最後に奥村社長の起業事例発表。動画マニュアル配信パッケージと遠隔監視ソフトの2つ、自社商品の説明をしていただきました。起業支援機関をどう利用したか、どんなことを期待するかについてもお話しいただきました。

奥村さんは12/4のビジネスプラン発表会（（財）あいち産業振興機構主催）にもご出席されるのですが、見事なプレゼンテーションでした。思わず聞き入ってしまい、「パワーポイントのスライドを回す」という自分の役割を忘れ、スライドに見入ってしまうことが数回ありました。

今回は「科学技術コーディネーター」の方に対してお話しすると言うことで、当初は「科学技術での創業支援以外のケースが多い創業プラザあいちで良いのか？」と研修担当の方に何回も念押ししましたが、それは問題ないとのことでした。研修は10日間のスケジュールで、毎週行われています。私はその1回を担当させていただきました。

起業支援の現状を、そのままお話ししました。

「手取り足取りというのが果たして良いのか」、「自分の守備範囲外の相談が来たときはどう対応するか」など、コーディネーターに多くの悩みがつきまといます。そんな中で、私がどのように動いているかということが一つでも参考になれば、嬉しく思います。

また、地域の起業家を支援するネットワークが、これを通じて広がればと思います。

今日は尾張瀬戸駅の駅ビル「パルティ瀬戸」で、せと・仕事塾の中間発表会がありました。

塾生のみなさまがビジネスプランを発表する場です。

7/1に開講してもう2か月が経過しようとしています。

進捗も様々で、起業を意識したみなさまの2か月間の変化も、楽しく拝見しております。

今日はメディアの取材もありましたが、みなさま自分を出し切れましたか？

名刺交換からビジネスプラン発表会まで、プレゼンの場はこれからも多くありますので、今日発表された他の方の良いところを参考にして、プランもプレゼンもブラッシュアップしていきましょう！

今日の朝刊で衝撃のニュースを発見しました！

名鉄瀬戸線に新型車両が投入されるというニュースです。

普段は赤一色の車両ですが、時々ポケモン電車などが走っていました。

今回は、シルバーの車両と言うことです。尾張瀬戸駅付近に車両があるそうです。ちょうど尾張瀬戸駅に行く用事もあり、これは撮影するしかありません。カメラ持参で行きました。

ところが、見つけたものの、動いた方向を目指したら、今度は反対方向へ動いて行くではないですか！

車で移動していたので、至近距離で撮影することができませんでした。

仕方ない、諦めるか。

と思っていたら、シャッターチャンスが！

偶然信号待ちで撮ることができました！！（遠いですが）

小学校6年生（23年前）から同じ車両ばかり見てきて、新しい車両が登場するというのは興奮するものです（瀬戸線沿線の住所に来た当初は最寄り駅の「瓢箪山」という名前にも興奮していましたが）。

今度また、シャッターチャンスを狙います！
